These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zk666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers an account or accesses services on zk666 ("you", "the Player", "the User"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered through zk666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. zk666 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their city, district, or region within Bangladesh, including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

To register and use the zk666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation as recognised by zk666 for the Bangladesh market.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on zk666. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other individual in your use of the Platform. Accounts must be used by the registered account holder only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current or former employee or contractor of zk666 or any of its affiliated service providers.

zk666 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any associated balance may be forfeited pending investigation. The following financial limits and conditions apply to all accounts on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however deposits in excess of a threshold set by zk666 from time to time may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking method used for the most recent deposit unless the account has completed KYC and an alternative verified method is on file.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within standard processing hours. Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. zk666 may request government-issued identification documents, proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method registration at the player's name before releasing any withdrawal.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the zk666 account holder. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a mobile banking account registered in a name other than the zk666 account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

zk666 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other prohibited financial activity. Players are reminded that any winnings generated from funds deposited in violation of these Terms are subject to forfeiture.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk666 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional offer, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not legitimately available through normal gameplay.

zk666 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, zk666 may close the account, void all bets and game results associated with the account during the period of the prohibited activity, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities. zk666's determination of prohibited activity is final.

All content on the zk666 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of all such content, is the property of zk666 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of zk666.

Game titles, game mechanics, and game software displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi, and are used under licence. zk666 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

zk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zk666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information on file. However, it remains the responsibility of each player to review the current Terms before using the Platform. The most recent version of these Terms is always the version published on this page. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
